2010 Registration 

Please fill out the registration form completely. Credit card information is accepted on line. If you would prefer to pay with cash or a check you may wait to register in the fairgrounds office when you arrive or you are welcome to print out the completed registration form and mail it to the fairgrounds office with your payment.

The first part of the registration form offers you the opportunity to purchase a 5 performance ticket card for $30.00 in advance so you won't have to wait in line to purchase your tickets before the performances. This ticket card allows one person admission to all 5 performances or can be used to admit 5 people to one performance. Any combination that works best with your group is acceptable. If you are not sure if you need any performances passes at time of registration you will still be able to purchase these cards for the same price at the ticket window as you enter the grandstands.

Programs Books are available for $8.00. Each contestant is required to purchase one program book. Additional program books are available as well.

Stalls are available for $30.00 per horse. This fee includes a $10.00 cleaning deposit. As long as your stalls are cleaned out into the alley way between the barns before you leave you will receive a check in the mail returning your $10.00 deposit per stall. Before you come in to registration you will need to find your stalls, remove the lower half of the tag, fill it out and bring it to registration with you. That will be the stall that is assigned to you, you will pay for and be responsible for cleaning. If your horse is in a stall you do not have assigned to you but is assigned to someone else you will be asked to move to another stall. Please do NOT remove the top half of the tag that is wired to the stall.

Camping is available here on the grounds. Staying on the grounds over night without hooking up to any utilities is considered Dry Camping. Dry or Tent Camping is $5.35 per night. Electric only is $17.04 per night, Electric & Water is $23.43 per night and Full Service, which includes electric, water and sewer, is $28.76 per night. Be sure to multiply the fees by the number of nights you will be staying with us to reach the full amount of your camping fees. Full Service camping is limited to the first 20 people.
